Powerback is hiring a Rehab Office Coordinator to support the rehab department across multiple tasks including license tracking, clinical education, and daily operations. You will assist therapists, coordinate maintenance, and help ensure compliant, smooth patient care workflows within the center.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with preferred Nursing Assistant certification and offers a pathway to develop in a dynamic rehabilitation setting under the Director of Rehab.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Nursing Assistant certification preferred (state requirements may apply).

Mansioni

• Ensures all therapist and assistant licenses are current and posted.
• Assists therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and providing clinical education to meet patient needs.
• Completes department maintenance including cleaning mats and equipment, monitoring hydrocollator temperatures, ensuring checks/calibrations, and stocking supplies under the Director of Rehab.
• Ensures therapists are current for all mandatory in-services and tracks rehab staff PPDs.
• Tracks physician orders/signatures and annual patient screens; reports to the Director of Rehab.
