JobRx, Inc. is hiring a Pharmacist for the new AtlantiCare Rehabilitation Hospital opening in Galloway, NJ. The Pharmacist will manage drug distribution, support clinical pharmacy functions, and educate patients on medications. Preferred qualifications include a Pharm D or equivalent, along with Omnicell and epic experience.

This per diem position offers competitive compensation of $62 per hour and a range of benefits including a comprehensive health plan and generous PTO.

Formación

• Successful completion of all educational requirements for state licensure.
• Current State licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for drug distribution systems and IV admixture.
• Provide clinical support in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain adequate drug supplies at all times.
• Inform and instruct patients on post-discharge medications.
• Develop new employee training and education programs.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.

Educación

Pharm D or BS Pharm

Completion of hospital pharmacy residency

BLS certification if required by State
