TALENT Software Services is seeking a Pharmacy Technician with a Pharmacy Technician Certificate for a hospital-based role in New Jersey. You will fill orders, prepare IVs, manage dispensing systems, and support pharmacy workflow under pharmacist supervision.

Experience in oncology/infusion settings is preferred. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and strong documentation, with 8-hour shifts (7a-3p or 3p-11p). Omnicell and EPIC experience are mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Hospital pharmacy experience (2+ years) preferred.
• Oncology/infusion center experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Fills orders accurately and promptly for pharmacist review and dispense.
• Prepares extemporaneous preparations; replenishes carts, trays, and kits; signs paperwork.
• Handles distribution and returns; delivers medications and sorts returns from nursing stations.
• Prepares IVs aseptically; tracks batched IVs; ensures proper labeling and safety.
• Fills automated dispensing machines; resolves drawer issues; records reconciliations.
• Repackages oral meds; checks expirations; ensures barcoding and proper labeling.
• Answers calls and assists staff; supports performance improvement initiatives.
