Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and plan treatment for patients in Memphis. You will evaluate initial conditions, design rehab programs, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy or eligible.
• Experience with adolescent, adult and geriatric patients as assignment dictates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients on initial encounter to estimate rehabilitation potential.
• Plan individualized treatment programs including functional mobility and therapeutic exercises.
• Supervise support personnel and ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Maintain patient records and report progress to the team.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary treatment with physicians and therapists.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide CPR/BLS/ACLS as required.
