Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Salisbury, CT seeks a Full-time Rehab Director / OT/OTR to lead the SNF rehabilitation department on campus. The role involves overseeing operations, planning programs, mentoring staff, and delivering therapy as needed in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidate is a licensed OT or license-eligible with SNF experience and a passion for high-quality resident outcomes, supported by strong benefits and flexible PTO options.

Formación

• Must be a licensed OT or license eligible in the state of employment.
• Experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and plan rehabilitation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehab department.
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data.
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision.
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor and provide therapy as needed.
