Preferred Therapy Solutions in Salisbury, CT is seeking a Full-time Rehab Director / Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to lead the SNF rehabilitation department on site. You will plan and implement rehab programs, monitor admissions and MDS cycles, and provide staff supervision while delivering therapy as needed.

OverviewGood Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $55.00A **Full-time** REHAB DIRECTOR / Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Salisbury, CT. *Facility is located on the grounds of a continuing care retirement community located on a 110-acre wooded campus.
