Responsibilities

• Monitor admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data.
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision.
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor and provide therapy as needed.

OverviewGood Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $55.00A Full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Salisbury, CT.Facility is located on the grounds of a continuing care retirement community located on a 110-acre wooded campus. Rehab provides services on the campus (short term, long term, and independent living) but facility also has a separate outpatient rehab office space where rehab treats patients from the community.You may have already heard that Preferred Therapy Solutions is different from other therapy companies.
