Preferred Therapy Solutions in Salisbury, CT is seeking a Full-time Rehab Director / Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to lead the SNF rehabilitation department on site. You will plan and implement rehab programs, monitor admissions and MDS cycles, and provide staff supervision while delivering therapy as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed OT or license-eligible in the state of employment.
• Experience managing SNF rehabilitation departments is preferred.
• Ability to supervise rehab staff and coordinate therapy services.
