You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, oversee daily department operations, and ensure compliant, high-quality patient care while driving outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Missouri PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred.
• Leadership or management experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Manage daily therapy department operations.
• Maintain productivity, scheduling, and staffing.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines.
• Mentor therapists and promote clinical excellence.
• Help drive positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and departmental performance standards.
