You will lead daily operations, manage scheduling and productivity, partner with nursing and facility leaders to improve resident outcomes, and advance your career in a therapist-owned company with a long history of excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri PT/PTA/OTR/OTA license.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the therapy team.
• Partner with nursing and facility leadership to deliver resident care.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, productivity, and department performance.
