Qualifications

• Missouri license as PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
• Leadership experience beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Supervise and mentor the therapy team
• Partner with nursing and facility leadership to deliver resident care
• Manage scheduling, staffing, productivity, and department performance
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
• Promote quality outcomes and excellent customer service
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
