Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Rehab Director to lead our therapy team in Shelbina, Missouri. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership to improve patient outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.

You will direct daily therapy operations, mentor clinicians, maintain schedules, and collaborate with physicians and facility leadership to ensure compliance and high-quality care. Missouri license required; SNF/post-acute leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri license as PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Manage daily therapy department operations.
