Broad River Rehabilitation is seeking a Rehab Director in Asheville, NC, to oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate will manage department operations and support clinical excellence while fostering a collaborative environment for the therapy team.

Qualifications include current licensure as a PTA, COTA, PT, or OT, along with a relevant degree and supervisory experience in a rehab setting. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k), and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Open to PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant), PT (Physical Therapist), COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant), or OT (Occupational Therapist).
• Current state licensure as a PTA, COTA, PT, or OT.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting.
