Job summary

Rehab Centre in California is seeking a Rehab Coordinator to oversee the rehabilitation department across assigned facilities. You will schedule direct and indirect services, manage PTA/ PT/ OT/ SLP staff, and ensure billing and documentation meet regulatory standards.

The role requires an Associate degree in PTA, state licensure, CPR certification, and strong leadership, communication, and computer skills with Net Health and PCC. You will not provide direct patient treatment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; familiar with Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Licensed as a Physical Rehabilitation Assistant; active state license.
• CPR certification as per licensure requirement.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with managers, coworkers, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages rehabilitation personnel within an assigned facility.
• Schedules department staff to meet patient needs.
• Ensures compliance with California Laws and Regulations for Physical Rehabilitation.
• Reviews documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Provides input to supervisor on staff performance.
• Oversees onboarding and training of rehabilitation personnel.
• Approves timecards and manages department productivity standards.
