• Contributes to census development and marketing relationships with hospitals and referral sources.
• Supports staff development, orientation and ongoing education for rehab personnel.
• Maintains positive facility culture and professional standards among rehab staff and other departments.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance in therapy practices and documentation.
• Provides patient care as appropriate within licensed scope and coordinates with the IDT.
