Job summary

Sunset Villa Post Acute seeks a Rehab Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of the rehabilitation department across the facility. You will schedule direct and indirect services for inpatients and outpatients, supervise therapists and assistants, and ensure compliant, high-quality care without delivering direct treatment.

You will implement new programs, monitor outcomes, participate in hiring and training, and maintain confidentiality while complying with California laws.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Physical Rehabilitation Assistant in the state; CPR certification required.
• Proficient computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages rehabilitation personnel in an assigned facility.
• Schedule department staff daily to meet resident needs.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Implement new rehabilitation programs and monitor outcomes.
• Provide input on staff performance and conduct trainings.
