Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute doctor’s orders and provide PT evaluation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain patient scheduling and documentation for billing.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Lift patients and equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).
• Collaborate with patients, families, and facility teams.
