Qualifications

• Must have an accredited Physical Therapy program completion.
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license to practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer relations abilities.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment in analyzing and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute doctor’s orders for therapy services.
• Screen and evaluate patients to determine current physical status.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee maintenance of therapy records and documentation.
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Maintain appropriate patient scheduling and coordinate with facility staff.
