You will evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatments, supervise assistants, and participate in case management while following state guidelines and facility procedures. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and sound judgment in a non-exempt, clinical setting with duties including documentation, scheduling, and collaboration with staff

Qualifikationen

• Accredited physical therapy program completion required.
• Current physical therapy license to practice in the appropriate state.
• Strong written and verbal communication demonstrated.

Aufgaben

• Execute doctor’s orders and perform PT evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Supervise technicians, assistants, and students as assigned.
• Maintain therapy records and ensure billing accuracy.
• Coordinate training for facility staff and participate in CQI initiatives.
