Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BHT Clinician for our Rehabilitation Program. You will work directly with clients to identify and achieve rehabilitation goals by providing support, engaging them in skills building, employment, and vocational activities.

Responsibilities include screenings, assessments, treatment planning, caseload management, and coordinating care with clinical teams and family. We offer a full benefits package, PTO, multiple medical plans, dental, vision, 401k,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Associate/Bachelor in behavioral health preferred or related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one.
• Valid Arizona Driver License and MVR in good standing.
• TB test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess clients to identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop treatment plans and manage caseload.
• Coordinate care with clinical teams, family, and community supports.
• Facilitate groups and monitor progress toward goals.
