Job summary

Terros Health seeks a BHT Clinician for our Rehabilitation Program in Phoenix. You will work with clients to identify and achieve rehabilitation goals, supporting skills-building, employment and vocational activities.

You will conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and case-load management, while facilitating groups and coordinating care with clinical teams, families, and community supports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant behavioral health experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors in behavioral health preferred; alternatives with related experience considered.
• Must be at least 21 years old; background check required.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current Arizona driver license with satisfactory MVR (39 months).
• TB test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support rehabilitation goals; engage clients in skill-building and vocational activities.
• Facilitate groups; document progress toward treatment goals; coordinate care with clinical teams and family.

Responsibilities:

• As a BHT Clinician in our Rehabilitation Program you will work directly with clients to identify and achieve their rehabilitation goals, by providing support and engaging them in skills building, employment and vocational skills. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management and crisis management.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
• An associate’s degree in a behavioral health field; OR
• A bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field; OR
• A non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must pass a TB test.
