Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix is seeking a dedicated BHT Clinician to support clients in our Rehabilitation Program. You will work to identify rehabilitation goals and engage clients in skills-building, employment, and vocational activities.

You will lead groups, document progress toward treatment goals, and coordinate care with clinical teams, families and community supports, helping clients move toward stable recovery.

Responsibilities

As a BHT Clinician in our Rehabilitation Program you will work directly with clients to identify and achieve their rehabilitation goals, by providing support and engaging them in skills building, employment and vocational skills. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management and crisis management.

You will facilitate groups and evaluate and document their progress toward their treatment goals and coordinate care with our clients’ support, such as clinical teams, family and any community supports.

Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week

M-F 7:30a - 4:30p or 8:30a - 5:30p
