Qualifications

• Preferred experience in listed rehab/therapy support roles.
• Comfort with medical terminology and EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver provider-directed rehabilitation therapies safely and accurately.
• Prepare patients for therapy and explain expectations.
• Assist patients with prescribed treatment plans and exercises.
• Document therapies in the EHR accurately.
• Educate patients on therapy exercises and DME usage.
• Monitor progress and communicate concerns to providers.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain organized treatment area and support clinic operations.
