Complete Care, LLC is seeking a Care Coordinator (Rehab) in Ocala, FL to support patient recovery. You will assist with therapy delivery, patient preparation, and documentation in the EMR while coordinating with providers to ensure accurate, timely care.

The role emphasizes organized, compassionate patient interactions, adherence to treatment plans, and collaboration in a structured clinical environment. Training is provided for growth in healthcare.

Formación

• Healthcare experience preferred; willingness to learn on the job.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication.
• Experience documenting in electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
• Ability to follow provider-directed care workflows and protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver rehabilitation therapies safely and accurately.
• Prepare patients for therapy and explain expectations.
• Help patients stay on track with prescribed plans.
• Document therapies accurately in the EMR/EHR.
• Educate patients on therapy exercises and DME use.
• Monitor progress and report concerns to providers.
• Verify insurance info and support authorization workflows.
• Coordinate with providers and teammates for seamless care.
• Maintain an organized treatment area and support daily clinic ops.
• Deliver patient interactions with professionalism and care.
