Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH seeks a Professional Rehabilitation Aide (PRA) to support clinical care in our rehab settings while you complete licensing exams and transition to a Physical Therapist. This role begins with 32 hours weekly, split between rehab, orientation, and board prep.

Once licensed, you will move to 40 hours per week in the department/shift needed, with mentorship and ongoing professional growth opportunities as part of SolutionHealth’s rehab services.

Qualifications

• Education - In final semester or recent graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program. GPA 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Licensure - Passing board exam and state licensure within 6 months of hire. BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist rehab staff in provision of patient care under direct supervision.
• Clean and maintain rehabilitation equipment per policy.
• Assist with treatment sessions and patient handling.
• Complete front desk operations as needed (scheduling, check-ins, co-pays).
• Send/receive rehabilitation documentation to providers, HIM, and insurers.
