Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to implement patient-centered programs.
• Instruct patients and families in therapy techniques under supervision of therapist.
• Maintain equipment and report needs for repair.
