Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Providence, RI is seeking a patient support professional to help prepare treatment areas, manage scheduling, and assist front-desk operations. This role supports clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• At least one year of orthopedic related work.
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Kinesiology background a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations.
• Discretion to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Support PT and OT clinical staff in the delivery of patient care as indicated.
• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for treatments.
• Clean, organize and maintain equipment for patient care.
• Maintain the physical environment of the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

This position prepares patient treatment areas by cleaning and restocking supplies, supports general day to day functions including patient appointment scheduling, and client check in/out.
