Job summary

Ortho Rhode Island is seeking a front desk/clinical support assistant to greet patients, schedule appointments, and help prepare treatment areas. You will support PT/OT staff and ensure a clean, organized environment for patient care throughout varied hours.

The role requires high school education, familiarity with medical terminology, and discretion with confidential information. Bilingual skills are a plus. Training and growth opportunities are offered in a dynamic orthopedic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet patients professionally and manage front-desk activities.
• Experience handling confidential information and HIPAA regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus for patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a prompt, courteous, professional manner.
