Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is hiring a Rehab Aide for our in-house therapy team. The position is full-time with benefits and offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00–$23.00 per hour, DOE.

The role supports physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams under licensed therapists, including patient transport and equipment preparation. We welcome energetic, organized candidates with strong communication and empathy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or medical office is preferred but not required; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to and from the rehabilitation gym.
• Prepare, clean, and sanitize therapy equipment and spaces between sessions.
• Assist licensed therapists with patient positioning and safeguarding during exercises or transfers.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including organizing files and scheduling.
• Maintain a warm, encouraging environment for residents undergoing rehabilitation.
