The role supports therapists, prepares equipment, manages records, and assists with front desk tasks. Part-time, 25 hours weekly, with an $16.90/hour pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support front desk with patient coordination and service continuity.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists with materials and facilitation during sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces and equipment.
