Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Rehab Aide to join the rehabilitation team. You will assist in PT, OT, and speech therapy under licensed supervision, and ensure treatment areas and equipment meet standards. Clerical duties and warm, confidential customer service are part of the role.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, BLS, 1–3 months of related experience, and a good grasp of medical terminology. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered setting with a focus on teamwork and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1–3 months of prior medical or related field experience.
• Clinical Applications proficiency preferred; training provided after hire.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication with team members.
• Demonstrate flexibility, prioritization, problem solving and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision of a licensed rehab professional.
• Assist in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy as directed.
• Maintain treatment areas, equipment and supplies per standards.
• Provide clerical support and friendly, confidential service to customers.
