Athletico is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support patients and clinicians in our Florida clinic. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and help with routine treatments while adhering to state practice acts.

Key duties include preparing patients for therapy, assisting with exercises, documenting care, and coordinating with the Patient Experience Coordinator. We value compassion, teamwork, and reliable, thorough service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Ability to document projects clearly and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Empathy and teamwork; patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatments and assist therapists.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises.
• Provide routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold, ultrasound, etc.).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock linens and maintain restrooms.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Track inventory and supplies for the clinic.
