Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a rehab aide co-op to support the rehabilitation staff at 70 Francis Street. Under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will assist with daily operations and help maintain equipment, aiding in patient care and departmental flow.

Ideal candidates include Northeastern students in Health Sciences who are organized, customer-focused, and eager to gain hands-on PT experience through a formal co-op rotation while learning state-licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist all rehabilitation staff in day-to-day operation per licensing regulations and policies.
• Assist with inventory control under Purchasing Clerk supervision.
• Maintain and clean rehabilitation equipment daily/weekly/monthly.
• Greet/escort patients and facilitate smooth departmental flow.
• Assist supervising therapist in patient care per regulations.
• Under PT supervision, perform PT-intervention aspects you are competent in when rotation occurs.
• Complete other appropriate duties as assigned.
