The Rehab Aide II, Per Diem - Float provides operational and patient care support across outpatient rehabilitation clinics, ensuring seamless clinic operations during planned and unplanned absences of administrative staff and rehabilitation aides. This role serves as a flexible resource to support clinical, administrative, and front-office functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide aide support for outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Serve as a patient chaperone and assist with direct patient care activities under the direction of clinical staff.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization in accordance with departmental standards.
• Manage clinic supplies, inventory, and linen distribution.
• Perform various administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
• Provide front desk coverage, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients and visitors.
• Support multiple outpatient clinic locations as needed to ensure continuity of operations.

Salary:$26.51 - $29.44 per hour

This per diem position may have the opportunity to convert to a career appointment

• Normal duties involve frequent lifting (up to 35 pounds), transferring patients, and pushing a wheelchair up to 500 feet.
