Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Westerly, RI is seeking a front desk and patient-care support associate to prepare treatment areas by cleaning and restocking supplies, assist with appointment scheduling, and check patients in and out.

Greet patients warmly, support PT and OT staff, prepare patients and equipment for treatments, and maintain the facility’s cleanliness. A year of orthopedic-related work and HIPAA knowledge are helpful; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• At least one year of orthopedic related work.
• Discretion to work with confidential information.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Kinesiology background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Support PT and OT clinical staff in the delivery of patient care as indicated.
• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for treatments.
• Clean, organize and maintain equipment for patient care.
• Maintain the physical environment of the facility.
