Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assess activities needs for new admissions to the Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Provide activities such as crafts, cooking, Wii, bingo, etc.
• Maintain a monthly schedule of activities offered.
• Collaborate with OT/PT/SLP staff for patient-centered activities.
• Document participation and tolerance in flowsheets.
