Job summary

Renville Health Services is seeking a part-time Activity Aide to support evening programming and weekend/holiday rotations. The role involves assisting the Activity Director in planning and evaluating recreational and social activities for residents, aligned with individual care plans and supervision.

The position offers evening shifts (4 pm–7 pm) with a rotation for weekends and holidays, and requires a compassionate, team-oriented approach to help residents thrive in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in planning, implementing and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs.
• Support residents according to individual care plans and assessments as directed by supervisor.
