Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care or activities preferred.
• Creative, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct daily activities and group programs.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement.
• Provide one-on-one activities for residents as needed.
• Help decorate for holidays and special events.
• Transport residents to and from activities.
• Maintain activity supplies and equipment.
• Document participation and resident responses.
