• Three years of related experience in call center, front desk, patient access or high-volume customer service environment.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems in high volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Skills to perform both administrative and clinical support duties.
• Professionalism, accountability and reliability in service.

Responsibilities

• Act as front end liaison for patient arrival with contactless check-in and visit readiness.
• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries and scheduling requests.
• Complete accurate registration, demographics, insurance eligibility, authorizations, referrals, and financial documentation.
• Process therapy referrals based on clinical information and workflows.
• Use EPIC Cadence to input and communicate patient information.
• Maintain welcoming environment and assist patients with technology changes.
• Assist PT/OT/SLP staff with patient care activities under supervision.
• Support patient ambulation and safe movement in the clinic.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with return to work/sport program support and clerical tasks as needed.
• Keep clinical spaces organized and ready.
• Participate in training, workflow improvement, and performance initiatives.
• Adapt to evolving administrative and clinical processes.
• Represent department professionally to patients, families, staff, external partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
