Qualifications

• Three (3) years in a high-volume patient access or front desk environment.
• Strong problem solving skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Front end liaison for patient arrival, enabling contactless check-in.
• Respond to patient inquiries and appointment requests with courtesy.
• Complete registration, insurance eligibility, authorizations, referrals, and financial documentation per standards.
• Input, update, and communicate patient information in EPIC Cadence.
• Maintain welcoming environment and assist patients with technology or workflow changes.
• Support PT/OT/SLP staff with selected patient care activities under supervision.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist with return-to-work/sport program support and clerical tasks as needed.
• Keep clinical spaces organized and operationally ready.
• Participate in training, workflow innovation, and performance improvement initiatives.
