Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Junior Project Manager to coordinate customer-facing regulatory product update initiatives. You will serve as the main point of contact between regulatory teams, product teams, sales, and customers to ensure timely awareness and adoption of updates.

The role requires exceptional communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, operations, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain communication plans for customer regulatory update initiatives.
• Serve as the primary coordinator between internal stakeholders, sales teams, and customers.
• Create clear, professional customer communications regarding upcoming regulatory changes, timelines, and impacts.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and customer update calls.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among regulatory, product, customer support, sales, and operations teams.
• Maintain tracking systems to monitor customer implementation and adoption of regulatory updates.
• Prepare project dashboards and status reports for leadership review.
