ManpowerGroup, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, seeks a Regulatory Specialist I to join the Regulatory Support Department in Maplewood, MN. This 12-month contract role focuses on coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries, supporting product stewardship, and maintaining regulatory documentation with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or regulatory field and 1 year of regulatory support or customer service

Formación

• 1 year of experience in regulatory support or customer service preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, regulatory, or equivalent field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and documentation requests.
• Support the Product Steward group with regulatory data gathering and record maintenance.
• Assist in compiling product-related regulatory information from internal systems and SMEs.
• Maintain and update regulatory documents, declarations, certifications, and product stewardship records.
• Track incoming requests and help ensure timely completion.
