Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Regulatory Specialist I to join the Regulatory Support Department, supporting the Product Steward team.

This on-site, 12-month contract role offers $18–$22 per hour on a W-2 basis and requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field with 1 year regulatory or customer service experience. You will coordinate regulatory inquiries, maintain records, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses and compliance across product

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in regulatory support or customer service.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, regulatory, or equivalent field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate responses to customer regulatory inquiries and documentation requests.
• Support the Product Steward group with regulatory data gathering, document organization, and record maintenance.
• Assist in compiling product-related regulatory information from internal systems and experts.
• Help maintain and update regulatory documents, declarations, certifications, and product stewardship records.
• Track incoming requests and ensure timely completion within required timelines.
