This 12-month contract role focuses on coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries, supporting product stewardship, and maintaining regulatory documentation with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or regulatory field and 1 year of regulatory support or customer service

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and documentation requests.
• Support the Product Steward group with regulatory data gathering and record maintenance.
• Assist in compiling product-related regulatory information from internal systems and SMEs.
• Maintain and update regulatory documents, declarations, certifications, and product stewardship records.
• Track incoming requests and help ensure timely completion.

What's the Job?

• Prepare, review, and coordinate responses to customer regulatory inquiries, questionnaires, and documentation requests.
• Support the Product Steward group with regulatory data gathering, document organization, and record maintenance.
• Assist in compiling product-related regulatory information from internal systems and subject matter experts.
• Help maintain and update regulatory documents, declarations, certifications, and product stewardship records.
• Track incoming requests and help ensure completion within required timelines.
