Xcel Energy is seeking an experienced regulatory professional to develop filings, prepare testimony, and advocate the company’s positions with regulators across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with senior management, ISP and operations teams to ensure filings align with strategic goals, while delivering clear, concise, and well-structured documents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory filings and project management a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory filings and testimony.
• Advocate company positions with regulators and stakeholders.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities across jurisdictions.
• Prepare presentations for external/regulatory audiences and internal teams.
• Communicate with senior management on filings and issues.
• Draft discovery responses and evaluate their effectiveness.
