Qualifications

• Four years of verifiable work experience in environmental permitting and regulations; environmental investigations; environmental or other regulatory compliance; or environmental project management; or utility regulatory analysis.
• Possession of a valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Research and track federal, state and local regulations affecting the department.
• Advise management on pertinent regulations and support permit processing.
• Review plans including development, capital projects, and property management.
• Coordinate with agencies and staff to acquire authorizations for new projects and maintenance.
