Knowledge of CCAS and Excel; ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Experience with OCR processes and workers’ compensation rules preferred.

Responsibilities

Review employer business records for penalty calculations and ensure completeness.
Process payments using check reader equipment and reconcile with CCAS; generate monthly reports.
Review exemption applications using CCAS/DAVID; issue deficiency notices as needed.
Interact with customers via walk-ins, phone, or email; resolve questions on workers’ compensation issues.
Maintain CCAS records and ensure data accuracy; train staff on policies.
