Job summary

Flat River Group LLC is seeking a Product Compliance and Regulatory Specialist to help ensure consumer products meet US regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with Product Compliance, Vendor Management, Sales and Logistics to review requirements, obtain vendor documents, manage certifications, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer product regulatory compliance.
• Ability to review and classify products for regulatory eligibility in the US market.
• Experience obtaining and evaluating vendor documentation for compliance.
• Experience with eFiling and regulatory registries (CPSC).

Responsibilities

• Review product requirements and vendor documentation to ensure US regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales and Vendors to resolve any compliance gaps.
• Lead or contribute to internal process improvements for scalable compliance practices.
• Educate vendor partners on regulatory expectations and documentation quality.
• Assist in expanding product categories while maintaining compliance standards.
