Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team.

The role supports the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, with drafting legal documents and templates, managing records, and conducting legal research under limited supervision. The position involves advising on legal issues affecting Navitus’ initiatives and ensuring staff compliance with applicable policies.

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of legal experience required.
• Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal documents and templates under supervision of Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Inform development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and provide guidance on legal issues.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policies.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and codes.
• File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing, filing, and managing contracts.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Educación

Juris Doctor (or equivalent)

Wisconsin license preferred
