Job summary

GLOBAL HEALING CENTER, LLC is seeking a Product Development Specialist to own formula tracking, ingredient management, and regulatory and label compliance for our dietary supplement line. You will manage formula documentation, cost modeling, and reformulations while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related field.
• 3+ years in product development, R&D, quality, regulatory affairs, or documentation within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or food and beverage manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of dietary supplement labeling and regulatory requirements (FDA/FTC).
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications with pivot tables, lookups, and large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Deacom) for BOMs and production data.
• Fluent in Google Workspace and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master tracking system for each formula, including status and stakeholders.
• Oversee handoff from R&D to Production, ensuring transfer of specs and docs.
• Support NPD launch timelines by tracking formula status and risks.
• Build cost models for reformulations and inform sourcing decisions.
• Maintain audit-ready BOMs and documentation for all formulas.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in formula and label content.
• Update internal wiki with ingredient explanations and formula evolution.
